Paul’s Blown C6 Convertible

This 2006 A6 Convertible came to us bone stock, with no headers, no head work, full cats, and a stock motor…It left our shop making 546rwhp and 526rqtq!
This car was built as a daily driving car, with ZERO ill-effects of a blown application. The customer wanted a 100% dependable car, that he could drive many thousands on miles with. This set-up is as conservative as you can get. The meth system is set on number 1, the max timing is 14*’s, and we are running a 4” blower pulley.
With a few more mods, we would easily be able to break 600rwhp...With another few pounds of boost, some headers, and a more aggressive tune, we could easily break 640rwhp.
Paul drove the car home from the shop in Vegas all the way to Chigaco, 1800 miles at 25mpg with zero problems. His personal comment on the car: “Has big block like torque pulls hard clean through to redline.”

- TPE/KB 2.6L Twin Screw @ 7.5 psi
- TPE blower cam (very small)

- Alkycontrol methanol system (spraying WW fluid, not straight meth, as per customer request)
