Orders - All orders are processed next business day after received. If an item is not in stock or backordered, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours.
Shipping - All orders are shipped by various shipping companies, based on cost, availability, and transit times, unless otherwise requested. In order to accurately ship, we require a physical street address. We will not ship to a P.O Box, unless a physical address is given for verification. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in delivery times.
Ground Delivery - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Delivery time within the Continental U.S.A. is from 1 to 10 business days, depending on the distance of the shipment destination from the delivery location.
3 Day Air - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Guaranteed delivery time is the third business day from day of shipment. UPS 3 Day service is available only in the Continental U.S.A.
2 Day Air - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the second business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Standard Overnite Delivery - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Priority Overnight Delivery - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 10:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Next Day Early AM Delivery - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 8:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
Saturday Delivery - This service is available with Priority Overnight service only. An additional $25.00 per box will be added to the Priority Overnight shipping charge. This service is only available in the Continental U.S.A.
OUR RETURN POLICY, DAMAGE CLAIM AND WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Returns - Should you need to return an item for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for an RGA number or Return Goods Authorization number. All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
Special Order and and Electrical items are not returnable. Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Total Performance Engineering was at fault and/or made an error.
Customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for any package returned by the shipping company because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.
Damaged Goods or Claims - Always inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the delivery driver, delivering your package. Should you find any damage, notify the shipping company immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item. Please notify Total Performance Engineering of the claim. Failure to follow these steps WILL result in the denial of your claim.
Warranties - All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts you receive. Total Performance Engineering and the manufacturer do not honor warranty requests due to improper handling, installation, neglect, accidents, or parts used for competition use.
